The foodservice industry follows strict local public health guidelines. To meet these guidelines, restaurants have safety protocols and best practices in place, including guidance from NEHA and ServSafe.
At Southern Spud we take this matter very seriously. We are following all CDC, state and local health department recommendations and are staying up to date on all advisories and information about coronavirus in our community. You will see us wearing masks and gloves and cleaning and sanitizing regularly. We have also moved our ordering system to 100% online ordering to keep service as contactless as possible.
